Gwen Darling is the genius behind this blog aimed at Healthcare IT professionals. Launched Monday, February 1, 2010 with several writers already committed to contributing, it has a great head start. And Darling’s Midas Touch will likely propel this sites stats quickly. Facebook and Twitter are already in the works.

HealthcareITToday.com uses the WooTheme “Busy Bee” with only a few extra plug-ins to allow for some of the RSS Feeds and such to pull in job listings. A clean design, and Darling’s great eye for simple, but engaging, images, make for a great blog.

This long-term development project launched in 2010 as a project to help small businesses get their presence online quickly and inexpensively. Collin Condray, of New Horizons Web Designs, and Eric Huber, of Mighty Creative, created an LLC and worked with the Small Business Administration office to build the business. The website will be launching in March of 2010.

An experiment that continues to grow, Huber created this site after working on the WrightBrand.com website and learning the virtues of their Bigger, Better Bacon™. There was an amazing amount of information and creations of bacon out there. Visit BaconFanatic.com for some interesting things.
